To have a thought, reflection, opinion or moment of joy sparked from one “simple” act of reading is nothing new to our human understanding of the arts and their effect on mankind. In fact, before we humans could write or read, a story told at the central town fountain would elicit a similar response or sensation. The Vintage Reading Room is a place to enjoy and share all that the literary world and the artistic world as a whole have to offer.
Here at The Vintage Reading Room you’ll find a weekly published column, “Thursday Reflection”, as well as other articles and extras related to works of literature that pass in front of our eyes on the shelves of vintage book collections.
